Hello friends! Welcome to Ace Physio. This blog will be updated weekly with simple but effective information and tips to help you optimize your well-being and help to motivate you to be the best at what you do. Whether you play basketball, are a student, learning a new instrument, running a triathlon, spending long hours at the office, or simply maintaining a healthy lifestyle, you need your body and mind to be functioning at their finest. We understand that if you are feeling hindered by your physical self, you’re not able to be you to the best.

A special interest of mine is that I love to run. It helps me to think through problems, and de-stress.  However, although running is one of the ‘simplest’ sports, it can come with a whole host of problems…many of which can be super challenging to get rid of. This is why I always recommend a specific stretching program to all of my patients who run. I know, I know, everybody hates stretching!

It’s slow and boring and sometimes downright uncomfortable. But done at the right time, and the right way, it can prevent nasty injuries from popping up and putting kinks in your training schedule.
